Brendan Howell
Independent Chairman – Compliance Committee
Brendan has over 27 years’ experience in the funds management and financial services industries.
Since 1998, Brendan has been directly involved with MIA Services Pty Limited, a company specialising in funds management compliance and consulting services for property, equity and infrastructure fund managers.
Brendan provides compliance and management services to many of Australia’s leading fund managers. He is currently an external member on a number of compliance committees for various responsible entities that include property, equities, infrastructure and specialist type assets.
Brendan also is currently an independent director and Chairman of Lend Lease IMT Limited (which is the trustee entity for the commercial office tower development at Barangaroo, Sydney) and independent director of Arcadia Funds Management Limited.
Brendan holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia. He is a current member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors
