Allen Zhang
Fund Manager
Allen has more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate (CRE) investment and finance industry covering both fund management and investment execution.
At Mulpha, Allen is the Fund Manager of Mulpha Real Estate Debt Fund and has been responsible for the Fund’s investment execution and operation since 2018. Prior to Mulpha, he held the position of Investment Manager – Real Estate Investment and Structured Finance at Ping An, where he managed CRE investments totalling RMB13.5bn (c. A$2.7bn) with a focus on project finance. He started his career as a property valuer at DTZ (now known as Cushman & Wakefield).
Allen holds a Master in Real Estate, majoring in Investment and Finance, with Credit, from the University of Hong Kong, and a Bachelor in Civil Engineering (Outstanding Graduate). He passed the CFA level II exam and is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
